Terms and Conditions
All reservations are subject to verification and you will receive a confirmation message if the driver's details meet the rental requirements and the vehicle is available. All bookings are based on a vehicle group and not on a specific car model. In case of unavailability for a confirmed reservation, NP Rentals reserves the right to provide a vehicle of a higher category at no extra cost.
1. Driver's Age
For rental cars, the age range is 21 to 70 years. For scooters, the age range is 20 to 60 years.
2. Driving License
The driving license must have been issued at least one year prior to the vehicle pick-up date. Driving licenses issued in the EU, the United Kingdom, Russia and other European countries are accepted. For other countries, please contact our company to confirm whether the license is valid in Greece.
3. Payment Options
Payment can be made in cash or by credit card upon vehicle pick-up.
4. Payment Method
Even if you pay in cash, you will be required to present a credit card, from which an amount will be held as a rental deposit. The amount depends on the type of vehicle:
200,00 € for car groups A, B
400,00 € for car groups C1, D, D1, E, F
200,00 € for scooter categories 110cc, 125cc, 150cc
300,00 € for 300cc scooter categories
400,00 € for other motorcycle categories
5. Rental Duration and Minimum Charge
If the renter wishes to keep the vehicle beyond the agreed rental period, they must contact the company to be informed of any changes to the rental agreement and any additional charges.
* The minimum rental period is one (1) day.
** The Company reserves the right to refuse any request for extension of the rental period.
*** In the event that the vehicle is returned later than the agreed time, additional charges will apply.
6. Fuel Policy
The renter is reequired to return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at the time of delivery.
If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the renter will be charged for the difference. If the vehicle is returned with more fuel, no refund will be provided.
7. Roadside Asssistance
All vehicles are covered by 24-hour roadside assistance.
8. Mileage
For the first three days, the limit is 100 kilometers per day. From the fourth day onwards, daily mileage is unlimited.
9. Baby Seats, Child Seats, Booster Seats and Other Accessories
Additional charges apply. Please inform us in advance to arrange installation.
10. Additional Driver
One additional driver is provided free of charge. If more than two drivers are required, an additional fee of € 3 per day per driver will apply.Any additional driver must comply with the same terms and conditions as the main driver.
11. VAT and Taxes
All prices are final and include VAT and all applicable taxes. No hidden charges apply.
12. Delivery and collection Outside Business Hours
Delivery and colletion of the rental vehicle can also be arranged outside business hours (22:00 pm - 08:00 am)
The additional charge (per delivery or collection) for this service is as follows:
10,00€ from 22:00-23:59
30,00 € from 00:00 to 08:00
13. Traffic Violations, Fines and Administrative Penalties
The renter is fully responsible for the payment of any traffic fines and any related administrative penalties resulting from violations of Greek traffic laws during the rental period.
14. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must send an email and notify us accordingly.
If the cancellation notice is received at least one (1) week (7days) prior to the scheduled pick-up date and time, no cancellation fee will apply.
If the cancellation notice is received between 24 hours and 7 days prior to the scheduled pick-up date and time, a cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) day rental will apply.
If the cancellation notice is received less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up date and time, or in the event of a "Non Show" (failure to collect the vehicle), no refund will be provided.
15. Cross-Border Rental
Rental vehicles are not permitted to be taken outside the borders of Greece.
Vehicle Transport by Ferry
Written authorization from the Company is required for transporting the vehicle by ferry.
Vehicle Cleaning
Vehicles are delivered in a clean condition, both externally and internally. Upon return, the exterior of the vehicle must be in a condition that allows for inspection of any potential damages. Regarding the interior, if significant stains are found (which cannot be removed with standard cleaning), the renter will be charged the cost of a biological cleaning of the vehicle.
Traffic Accidents
In the event of a traffic accident, you must notify us and the police immediately. The police will record the incident, and you must obtain a copy of the police report. If no police report is provided, the renter will be considered fully liable.
16. Insurance
Third - Party Liability Insurance
Included in the rental price.
The renter's liability is covered for material damages, as well as for death and bodily injuries to third parties.
C.D.W. (Collision Damage Waiver) με επιπλέον ποσό:

With this coverage, in the event of damage, the renter's liability is limited to the following excess amount:
600,00 € for car groups A, B
800,00 € for car groups C1, D1, E, F
400,00 € for scooter groups 110cc, 125cc, 150cc
600,00 € for scooter groups of 300cc
800,00 € for other scooter groups
Theft Protection (TP):
The renter is fully released from liability for any damage to the vehicle in case of theft, provided that they accept and sign the relevant terms of the rental agreement and pay the following daily charges:
10,00 € per day for car groups A,B
12,00 € for car groups C1, D1, E, F
6,00 € per day for scooter groups of 110cc, 125cc, 150cc.
8,00 € per day for scooter groups of 300cc
12,00 € per day for other scooter groups
What is not covered by any insurance::
Damages resulting from violation of traffic laws
Damages caused by improper use or negligence
Damages caused while driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Damages coused by unauthorized drivers
Damage to the interior of the vehicle
Loss, theft or damage of the vehicle keys
Loss or damage to child seats or other accessories
